          Team Member Role Responsibilities Nisha Patel Admin Support Responsible for receiving signed AORs, Submitting Carrier AOR requests, AOR tracking, Internal Data Management, and Document Management. Is responsible for handling AOR process until SWIA is recognized as agent then transfers responsibilities to the client manager. Lacy Green Client Manager Responsibilities start when SWIA is assigned as agent. Responsible for supporting client services, issues, and needs as well as assist producer and new staff with prospect and training. Tammy Hawthorne Service Team Lead Responsible for ensuring Onboarding and AOR processes are seamless. Available for questions, inquiries, and escalations. Ultimately responsible for ensuring clients, prospects and new team members are taken care of. Shannon/Supportive Appointment/Licensing Responsible for new carrier appointments and employee licensing.

          Intake (signed AOR/BOR), carrier notifications and confirmations, client communications with care and concern. Epic Essentials/Benefits workflows (Applied University), Total CSR, Guardian Learning Works, HIPAA, EPIC tips & tricks. Process and procedures outlined in training track based on 90 days onboarding. Access/training completion; Ninety measurables, correct activity/attachments; zero missed carrier notifications during AOR; positive feedback. Client - first, single source of truth in Epic, weekly check - ins and 30/60/90 reviews. Clear goals: Welcome first 30 days, explicit client - first/AOR continuity outcomes, training and role clarity in first 90 days.
