Harrison grew up in Roswell, Georgia and is a graduate of Georgia College with a degree in business administration. After starting in the insurance industry as a commercial lines underwriter, he transitioned to the agency side, following in the steps of both his father and grandfather. Harrison is an advisor and advocate for a wide variety of commercial clients, seeking to simplify the insurance process and reduce their total cost of risk. Harrison enjoys learning the people and the story behind the business, then working to craft an insurance program to protect exactly that: the people and the story of the business. He is committed to bettering himself professionally and personally. Professional and spiritual mentorship have made him the man he is today, and he seeks to extend that impact to others. Harrison lives in Atlanta and is active at Christ Covenant Church. Lauren joined SWIA in 2023 as a Client Manager. She graduated from Weber State University in 2003 with B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and then in 2020 with a B.S. in Computer Science. Her insurance career started in 2010 for a nationwide agency, in commercial coverages of all types. She has obtained her CISR and is working toward her CIC designation. She is eager and willing to assist with the day-to-day as well as the more difficult insurance issues that come up. COVERAGE DESCRIPTION FLOOD/EARTHQUAKE Provides property coverage for losses caused by flood (including mudslide) and earthquake, tremors, or other earth movement (does not include sinkhole). BUSINESS INCOME & EXTRA Covers loss of net income plus continuing expenses including necessary payroll caused EXPENSE by or during a covered loss. Extra Expense covers additional expenses or costs to reduce the Business Income loss. A Business Income worksheet should be completed to determine adequate limits. CRIME/FIDELITY Provides coverage against losses of money, securities and property by such causes as employee dishonesty, theft, burglary, robbery, extortion, or fraud. Deception Fraud: The intentional misleading of a person to include the Insured to part SOCIAL ENGINEERING with Money or Securities by someone pretending to be an Employee, owner of the Insured, or vendor, customer, custodian, or messenger. This deception could occur by phone or email. INLAND MARINE / EQUIPMENT Includes coverage for portable and/or technical equipment along with certain office FLOATER inventory; can include leased/rented equipment. EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN aka Provides physical damage coverage caused by sudden/accidental explosions, arcing and BOILER/MACHINERY other “breakdowns” of boiler, machinery, and electrical equipment. OCEAN MARINE / CARGO Provides property coverage for your property (supply side or product side) during shipment by you or by carriers for hire – include both ocean and overland. CARGO LEGAL LIABILITY Provides Legal Liability coverage for property of others being transported or held by you – does not include coverage caused by others or acts of nature. BAILEE / TRANSPORTATION Provides property coverage (versus legal liability) for property of others in your care, custody, or control. ELECTRONIC DATA Provides protection on equipment, software, and extra expenses incurred as a result of PROCESSING failure of such equipment caused by an insured loss – can include lost income. BUSINESS AUTO Provides Auto Liability and Physical Damage coverage to your business autos. Can include coverage for rental cars and use of employee-owned autos. DRIVE OTHER CAR Provides Personal Auto Liability to named individuals who do not have a personal auto policy of their own (typically for owners, officers, and directors). EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES Protection for claims brought by employees for discrimination and hiring/firing practices LIABILITY – can include coverage for 3rd parties. Includes defense and settlement. DIRECTORS/OFFICERS Provides defense and settlement to protect officers and directors of an organization LIABILITY against damages from claims resulting from alleged negligent or wrongful acts. TRUSTEE/FIDUCIARY LIABLITY Liability protection for those who administer pension and welfare funds, profit-sharing, or other benefit programs against loss by errors or omissions. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY Coverage for liability resulting from mistakes made by a professional (lawyer, engineer, etc.) or for mistakes made in a service business (real estate, insurance, etc.). 8/28/24 Page 17 of 19
COVERAGE DESCRIPTION CYBER/NETWORK SECURITY/ Provides defense and settlement from claim of computer virus, malicious code, DATA BREACH LIABILITY computer theft, extortion, or other mistake or error by your employees on the job. INVOICE MANIPULATION Provides coverage for when the customers or vendors of an Insured are tricked by a Bad Actor using legitimate email and data of the Insured to get the customer or vendor to alter a payment or delivery of products, services, or goods to the wrong location that is controlled by the Bad Actor. EMPLOYERS LIABILITY STOP- Provides Employer Liability coverage in those state-controlled work comp programs that GAP COVERAGE do not include employers’ liability coverage (OH, WY, ND, and WA). MONOPOLISTIC WORKERS If you have employees in these states, the employer is required to purchase Workers COMPENSATION: Compensation directly with the state and therefore coverage is not provided under your ND, WY, WA, OH workers compensation policy with us. UMBRELLA / EXCESS LIABILITY Higher Limits are Available. POLLUTION COVERAGE Provides coverage for costs related to pollutants – sudden and accidental release of hazardous materials. Typical coverage includes cleanup and restoration as well as your liability for injury and death resulting from a Pollution occurrence. The policy can be issued to cover your premises, other’s premises, ‘over the road’, or for a specific job. PRODUCT RECALL Provides coverage for expenses associated with recalling a product from the market. Product recall insurance is typically purchased by manufacturers to cover costs such as customer notification, shipping costs, and disposal costs. CREDIT INSURANCE Credit Insurance should be considered when transacting with vendors overseas as well (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE) as here domestically. Credit Insurance reimburses bad debt losses from insolvency and bankruptcy situations. INTERNATIONAL LIABILITY Provides coverage for Individuals who live and work in the United States and occasionally travel overseas for business trips. For permanent operations in foreign countries, a separate foreign liability policy is required. Coverage can be purchased for General Liability, Hired Auto Liability, Accident/Disability/Dismemberment, Kidnap & Ransom, and Workers’ Comp. TRAVEL ACCIDENT Travel Accident Insurance provides accidental death and dismemberment benefits for employees while traveling abroad on company business, at the work site during their hour basis for employees.
