If you reach the annual maximum in a benefit year , you can use any benefits that were previously rolled over to help pay for your dental care . We ’ ll roll over a portion of unused benefits at the beginning of a new benefit year if : We paid benefits for dental services you received during the previous benefit year . The benefits we paid for dental services you received during the previous benefit year didn ’ t exceed the rollover threshold of $ 700 . You were eligible to receive benefits for major services during the previous benefit year . You had the benefit maximum rollover in place with this Plan before 10 / 01 of the previous benefit year . The amount that will be rolled over each benefit year is $ 350 . The maximum amount you can have rolled over at any one time is $ 1 , 250 . Bonus rollover reward We ’ ll add a bonus rollover reward of $ 500 if you used an in - network dentist for all the dental services you received during the benefit year .
